Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the My Tutor application ("Service") operated by ARS Solutions ("we", "us", or "our").

My Tutor is an AI-powered educational tool that helps students learn by generating animated explainer videos with narration in response to academic questions. The Service covers subjects including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English, History, and Geography.

3. User Accounts

You may sign in using Google OAuth or an email/password combination.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service independently. Users under 13 should use the Service under parental or guardian supervision.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful educational purposes. You shall not:

Use the Service for any purpose other than legitimate educational learning.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or interfere with the Service.
Submit abusive, harmful, or inappropriate content through the question input or comments.
Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access.
Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Service.

5. AI-Generated Content

The answers, animations, and narrations provided by the Service are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy:

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information.
The content should be used as a supplementary learning aid, not as a sole source of information.
We recommend verifying important information with textbooks, teachers, or other authoritative sources.
We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, code, and branding are the property of ARS Solutions.
AI-generated educational content provided to you through the Service may be used for your personal learning purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its content without our written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers including Google (authentication), Webynize (comments), and others. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ARS Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated educational content.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, India.
